Abstract
Subarachnoid hemorrhage due to ruptured intracranial aneurysm (aSAH) is a significant global public health threat and a serious, potentially fatal condition. The 2023 guidelines for subarachnoid hemorrhage due to ruptured intracranial aneurysms provided evidence-based recommendations for treating these patients. The recommendations offer an evidence-based approach to preventing, diagnosing, and treating patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to intracranial aneurysms, aiming to improve the quality of care and align with the interests of patients, their families, and caregivers. We have translated these guidelines with the aim of contributing additional updated knowledge to clinical practitioners.
